Meditation and this alternative healing are the best ways to handle stress. This type of healing is the art of making your mind and soul stronger to handle stressful situations much easier. This article discusses what it is and how it is done through meditation.</p>
<p>Through spiritual healing it can help you to recover from stress, depression or any other kind of mental tension or trauma. These health problem can be easily treated by meditation. Meditation will improve your immune system and your overall health. Holistic healing brings you close to The Source and you are in harmony with nature.</p>
<p>Our mind and body are closely interlinked. Negative thoughts and feelings result in negative effects on our body whereas positive thoughts have a healing affect on your body. Anxiety and stressful feelings produce negative vibrations, so during meditation, one must do away with any negativity in the mind as your thoughts have a direct impact on your body. Meditation can be used for different purposes, but for the sake of this article, I will cover a simple but very powerful meditation technique that harnesses the Law of Attraction in a unique way. I rarely use the term &#8220;Law of Attraction&#8221; because more often than not, it creates a limited awareness and understanding of how it works. I feel its more appropriate to call it &#8220;The Laws of Mind.&#8221;</p>
<p>Your mind is what does the attracting. Think about it for a moment. Can you think of anything you do that your mind has nothing to do with. There is absolutely nothing you can possibly do without the mind. That is the main reason why the term &#8220;Law of Attraction&#8221; creates so much confusion. There are countless products on the market dealing with that limited term. Take your mind away, and you will not exist, period!!</p>
<p>Ok Lets get to this little but Powerful Meditation Technique I promised you. *Whatever you do, do not take the simplicity of this technique for granted. I use this technique time and time again, and it never fails me.</p>
<p>Close your eyes and Imagine yourself as the space around you. Yes, imagine that your entire being is filling up all the space around you. ** You may not see how this connects but over time you will. Ninety nine percent of the Universe is space and the rest is matter. Anybody involved in Quantum physics or Rocket science already knows this as common fact.</p>
<p>Now once you imagine yourself as the space around you, simply hold that in your imagination until you feel a sense of timelessness. *It usually takes me about 10 seconds. Could be longer for those new to Meditation. Once you feel a sense of timelessness, simply state whatever you desire to bring into your reality. Now, here&#8217;s where it gets a little tricky but it&#8217;s common for new users so don&#8217;t worry.</p>
<p>At the time you say or think whatever your desire, pay close attention to your feelings. If you feel a little uneasy, it&#8217;s a sign that you have a contradicting belief about your desires.(Meaning that you may not fully believe that your desire is possible.) Don&#8217;t panic, because as you continue to do it daily, that uneasiness will fade away and be replaced with the belief that it is possible) *You don&#8217;t have to force yourself to believe anything. This goes against what alot of Gurus are suggesting nowadays.</p>
<p>Now once you state or think of your desire, simply hold that feeling for another 10 seconds and completely drop it, turn on the tv and flip through the channels. It&#8217;s done. Repeat this process as often as you like until your Manifestation occurs into your reality. There&#8217;s no limit on how many times you can do this.</p>
<p>There are plenty of ways ( and more advance ways) to manifest your desires. This technique is just one of them.<br />

<p>These are some of the different stages of meditation:</p>
<p>Sitting still. It might be difficult to control the mind, but, we can at least perfect the art of sitting still. Some people can even struggle with this, if they live very hectic and agitated lives. However, for meditation we need to be able to keep the body perfectly still and relaxed for a good length of time. Sitting still is a precursor to meditation.</p>
<p>Relaxation. The next stage is to relax the body and remind ourselves that we are going to focus on our meditation and nothing else. We want to let go of any tension and stress. We can do a few breathing exercises to let go of any stress we may have.</p>
<p>Observation of Thoughts. The next stage is to observe our thoughts as they come and go. We can&#8217;t expect to stop them straight away, but, we want to gradually detach ourselves from them. By observing our thoughts we realise thoughts are external to us, so it is easier to let go of them. We realise many thoughts come into the mind, but, we have the power to accept or reject them.</p>
<p>Dharana. This is concentration. When we concentrate we focus on only one object at a time. It may be a candle, flower or sacred picture. But, in pure dharana all our awareness and energy is focused on this object. Stray thoughts cannot enter our mind, but, they get blocked out by the power of our concentration.</p>
<p>Dhyana. This is the state of meditation where our mind is still. Thoughts do not come to bother us. We have entered into a pure meditative consciousness and we are able to hold ourselves in this fixed state of mind. In this state we well feel a sense of peace, oneness and expansion.</p>
<p>Samadhi. In samadhi we are completely absorbed in our meditation. We have become so absorbed we will lose sense of self and the external world. Our consciousness will be flooded with infinite peace, light and delight. It is an experience that cannot be described in words. The poet Rumi said, it is impossible to share this ecstatic consciousness the poet can only share as much as a bee can carry a few drops of honey from a full jar.</p>

<li>Don&#8217;t sell yourself short in any areas of your life by believing you don&#8217;t deserve the best. You have the capacity to achieve all you want in your ambitions, desires, goals, and relationships - all you need is a little organisation to achieve it.</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>&#8220;&#8221;Spiritual Manifestation is the theory that through regular meditation and positive, constructive thought, you can make your dreams and desires become reality. Spiritual manifestation revolves around the New Age concept of the Law of Attraction. This idea has recently been popularized in American media by such things as the book &#8220;The Secret&#8221; and the sitcom &#8220;My Name Is Earl&#8221;. Simplified down to a single statement, the Law of Attraction states that think and act in a positive way, good thing will happen to you, but if your think and act negatively, bad things will happen to you.</p>
<p>This concept has been around a long, long time, from the ancient Hindu concept of &#8220;karma&#8221; to its many modern forms such as &#8220;Positive Thinking&#8221;, &#8220;Mental Science&#8221;, &#8220;Pragmatic Christianity&#8221;, &#8220;Religious and/or Divine Science&#8221;, and &#8220;Practical Metaphysics&#8221;.</p>
<p>There is a significant difference between these practices, however, and spiritual manifestation. While many of these practices aim for vague, random &#8220;positive things&#8221; to happen to you (as karma often does to comic effect in &#8220;My Name Is Earl&#8221;), it is aims for much more targeted, specific results to make your dreams and desires come true.</p>
<p>Spiritual manifestation holds that if you really want something and truly believe it&#8217;s possible, it will happen. On the other hand, if you dwell on what you don&#8217;t want to happen, giving it lots of thought and attention, that will probably happen, too.</p>
<p>HOW DOES SPIRITUAL MANIFESTATION WORK?</p>
<p>Spiritual manifestation operates on three levels: the spiritual, the psychological, and the physical. Each level requires its own explanation.</p>
<p>On the spiritual level, it is believed that thoughts have an energy of their own, which attracts whatever the person is thinking of. This energy itself is neither positive nor negative-it simply is. In order to harness this energy to your benefit, one must practice for things:</p>
<p>1. Know what you want.<br />
2. Ask the universe for it.<br />
3. Feel and behave as if the object of your desire is on its way.<br />
4. Be open to receiving it.</p>
<p>On the psychological level, spiritual manifestation is considered a form of the &#8220;self-fulfilling prophecy&#8221;. If one is convinced their dreams and desires are unattainable, they will only make a half-hearted attempt, be overly receptive to any obstacles as a signs of impending failure, and eventually become discouraged and give up.</p>
<p>On the other hand, if one is convinced their dreams and desires are attainable, even inevitable, they will react differently. They will throw themselves into the task, working hard to achieve their dream. They will view obstacles only as temporary setbacks, a Stumbling Block rather than a Road Block, and view any sign of success as prove that their dreams are slowly becoming reality.</p>
<p>Finally, on a physical level, advocates of spiritual manifestation point to a potential scientific explanation for how this works. Scientifically, human thought is just a biochemical process of neurons being transferred between different synapses in the brain. However, this transfer of neurons creates an electrical current-tiny, sure, but measurable.</p>
<p>This electrical current also generates a tiny magnetic field. Keep in mind the brain has tens of thousands of synapses firing at any one time.</p>
<p>Proponents of spiritual manifestation argue that these electrical and magnetic waves carry content, not just meaningless static, although we do not yet have to tool to measure and confirm this theory. Advocates of spiritual manifestation argue that through mental training and meditation, people can control their thoughts, and thus the bio-chemical and bio-magnetic energy emitted by their brain waves. Although this has not yet been proven, it is an interesting scientific theory.&#8221;"</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I fully intended to talk about Aliens in this article, but I realized that I had unintentionally omitted some of the most important material about spirit &#8220;communications&#8221; that I had intended to include in the article on Ghosts, Spirits and Aliens, so that will be our next subject and I will take this opportunity to add this to the preceding material as it should have been a part of it.</p>
<p>This is something that you will undoubtedly be interested in that I suppose falls under the category of &#8220;spirits&#8221; and that is communication between recently departed &#8220;survival personalities&#8221;, those who have recently died and those close to them still focused on the physical plane. It only makes sense that those communications are generally between those with very strong emotional feelings for each other, whether family members or others held close. The old adage that &#8220;Love is Eternal&#8221; is very true indeed.</p>
<p>Those kinds of communications do exist of course, and I wanted to point out a few things that might help in facilitating contacts with the deceased. You must remember that emotional values are the connective between you and any survival personality and they have not moved away from your reality so much in physical distance, but in psychological distance and that distance is immense in terms of separation. In terms of physical separation, they are as close as next your next door neighbor and it helps to remember that space is an illusion.</p>
<p>I realize that this is a concept that is hard to grasp, but remember, time and space as you apply it in your reality, simply doesn&#8217;t exist in the same way in other realities, so separation cannot be measured in terms of distance. In that respect, I can tell you that a survival personality can still observe you and your environment for some time after their death.</p>
<p>Usually, but not always, and each case is different, but usually after the survival personality has passed, there is an initial disorientation for them and some confusion and in some cases the personality may not even realize that he has passed since he will still have a physically appearing &#8220;astral&#8221; body. Now, don&#8217;t think for a minute that this subjective astral form is any less in quality than the physical form that you now have, it is just constructed differently. Remember that even your physical image is a camouflage, an overlay of your subjective form with atomic structure and is no more real than the astral body. It is only indicative of your specialized type of reality; the physical body is temporary and the inner image endures forever.</p>
<p>Once the survival personality has come to terms with his death, he will be met by other close friends, family and acquaintances that have gone before him and are more familiar with the new environment and will help him to adjust during the transition. This is hard to explain, in that these personalities will find themselves in a new dimension that does not recognize a time structure such as yours, yet, this place is a temporary environment and the survival personality will still remain aware of the time significance in the world from which it has recently departed for some time to come, but it simply will not place as much emphasis on times significance on events as you would in your world.</p>
<p>There is then, an optimum time when communications between survival personalities and their families or close friends still in physical reality, and that time is not immediately after the death, but after the personality has had some time to acclimate itself with its new surroundings. Immediately after death, there is usually some confusion, disorientation and also elation at re-uniting with old friends (and I mean really old friends), that the idea of communication with those left behind just doesn&#8217;t seem that pressing a matter.</p>
<p>It is important to know that these kinds of telepathic communications between realities cannot be forced to happen at will or imposed on anyone dead or alive, but will usually come as emotional intuitional surprises when least expected, in other words, these types of communications are usually accidental, sparked by emotional thought of the other person. So it is best to recognize the possibility of such contacts and keep your belief system open and flexible with high expectations, but not in any demanding or rigid way. Another very important thing is to &#8220;PAY ATTENTION&#8221;. These inter-dimensional messages take place quite frequently, but in such an innocuous way that they are usually missed by the intended receiver.</p>
<p>The survival personality will at some point be fully involved in planning a new life experience, either in your world or another so communication will usually take place before the personality begins to lose its affinity for the physical plane through involvement with its new business at hand. When the planning work is done, the details agreed upon, the personality will reincarnate while it still has a fondness for earth&#8217;s sunrises and sunsets, seas and forests, friends and family and identities usually choose to return for a new earth experience before one or two hundred years your time, of course by that time you wouldn&#8217;t be around to receive those communications anyway and your relative positions may be reversed by then. There is nothing except good sense that would keep an anxious identity from reincarnating within months after its previous death.</p>
<p>In answer to a question many may have, it is possible then, and has been documented countless times in your past, that a reincarnated personality, a new identity in physical terms, returns to a familiar, town or area and feels a certain familiarity with some of the same inhabitants that knew him in his last life. His past friends and family still alive, although all recall of that previous life would have been forgotten by the ego consciousness. Details of these circumstances can be recalled under hypnosis and have been well documented. This is not the usual case however, because the main reason for multiple lives on earth is to provide a variety of experience in new environments with new challenges, new racial and gender experience and not to keep repeating a carbon copy representation of a previous life.</p>
<p>For any identity to wait any longer than a hundred years to reincarnate, the desire for earthly physical existence could wane to the point that physical life would begin to lose its attraction. So the ideal time for you to make contact with a survival personality would be between a few weeks after the passing up to a few years after, and remember, in the after death plane, beginnings and endings, cause and effect and time based appointments have little meaning. If the interval is longer the personality would have most likely moved on to other interests and possibly even another life on earth or even another dimension entirely and from that new platform, communications would be almost impossible. Communications are best made then while the personality is still in the psychic neighborhood.</p>
<p>Survival personalities will not speak their communications with words using tongues and lips as you might expect. They communicate of course, telepathically, by sending complete thought concepts, so these messages from beyond, will come in flashes of instant knowing. It is important to understand that you can&#8217;t force these communications; they will come spontaneously, like a small explosion or instant illumination and sometimes at very strange and unexpected times.</p>
<p>These personalities have an advantage that you don&#8217;t have, at least for some time in that they can see you even though you can&#8217;t see them, so they know what is going on with you and your life for some time after physical death and they are interested in communicating with you. You can communicate your feelings through the use of thought-words, but emotional feelings will be paramount in the contacts and there is usually a deep desire to initiate these contacts by the survival personality, to assure those left behind that everything is just fine with them. It is quite true to say that death is easier on the person doing the dying than it is on the ones left behind.</p>
<p>I have said this before and I know it is hard for some to believe, but no one has ever died who was not ready to die. Death is not forced on anyone, but is a necessary progression, a step taken, the reasons well known by the inner self and soul. When the identity cannot handle any more data in one lifetime, when all challenges have been met and experienced in one way or another, then the available energy previously made available by the soul/entity decreases, the entity loses interest and turns its attention in other directions, causing the physical image to blur in its materialized form, exposing weaknesses and lessening psychic focus never before experienced.</p>
<p>You know how I love analogies, so imagine if you will, what happens when you overload your computer with too much data, it shuts down, so in other words, the personality over his lifetime reaches a point where he essentially experiences an overload of data and switches into a minimum maintenance mode, sensing that no more real progress can be gained in this one lifetime, and there is a lessening of purpose within the personality. The personality therefore sensing that no real beneficial creativity or progress will be made, shuts down &#8220;temporarily&#8221; and hits the &#8220;Reset Button&#8221;. There is no such thing as failure in any lifetime, just some things not yet fully explored; they will be explored again and again until you get the right answers, and there are many more reset buttons to push.</p>
<p>The famous baseball player Yogi Berra once said &#8220;It ain&#8217;t over till it&#8217;s over&#8221;, and in cosmic terms, &#8220;It ain&#8217;t ever over.&#8221; There are more lives waiting in the wings.</p>

<p>How to Meditate For Beginners - Four Simple Steps</p>
<p>Meditation is not just simply relaxation and remedy for fatigue. It does relieve the stress and anxiety and improve the health of the body. Meditation is something more than that. The real meditation is a process of changing the state of consciousness. It&#8217;s a way to transform your personality, a way of self-discovery. You can not do the meditation. The real meditation happens to you. However if you practice certain techniques it will happen more and more often. Such meditation can improve all aspects of your life.</p>
<p>In the beginning it is a technique. By practicing that technique regularly you will soon discover that meditation actually is a quality of the consciousness and your being. This process can be roughly described by the following scheme: (1) Deep relaxation - (2) Quieting the mind - (3) Witnessing without making any judgments - (4) Entering the meditation state.</p>
<p>There are certain things that can help you in the beginning of your practice. First you need to choose a meditation technique that would be right for you. All techniques have been perfected for ages. All of them are functional. But it is you who chooses which one can work better for you. If you picked a technique listen to yourself, to your feelings while sitting in meditation. The answer will come from within that let you know if this technique is right for you or not.</p>
<p>The second thing what you need to do is to setup a meditation space. If you sit at the same time in the same place it will become easier to enter meditation state over time. Of course the best choice is to meditate outdoors. However it is not always feasible therefore chose a room or a corner in your house that will be devoted only for meditations. Very soon just sitting in this place will bring you into the right state of consciousness.</p>

<p>Chakra clearing paves the way to opening your creative energy. Learn how to easily clear up what may be blocking you from success. Re-energize and balance yourself in twenty minutes.</p>
<p>I want to share with you a process that will clear your Chakras allowing you to get the most out of any Chakra based meditation you may be doing.</p>
<p>I discovered this technique a while back and was grateful I did. It gave me clarity about which of my Chakras needed attention. That information allowed me to work on the areas in my life that were blocked.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s Start with some basic background information. The word Chakra means vortex or wheel. Chakras are energy centers in our body. There are seven main Chakras in the body. They are lined up from the base of the spine to the top of your head. Each Chakra adjusts different aspects of your personality. They each have different tasks. By Chakra clearing you can give your whole entire energy system a boost.</p>
<p><strong>Breakdown of Each Chakra</strong></p>
<p>First Chakra: Color: Red The base or root Chakra located at the base of the spine. Responsible for basic survival needs, groundedness, sexuality and strength.</p>
<p>Second Chakra: Color: Orange the Womb/Spleen Chakra is located below the navel. Responsible for: creativity, intimacy and warmth</p>
<p>Third Chakra color:  Yellow The Solar Plexus Chakra located above the navel.  Responsible for:<br />
confidence, power and learning.</p>
<p>Fourth Chakra Color: Green Heart Chakra located in the middle of the chest. Responsible for: love, healing, unity, empathy and service.</p>
<p>Fifth Chakra Color:  Sky Blue Throat Chakra located at the throat.  Responsible for: communication,<br />
creativity and expression.</p>
<p>Sixth Chakra Color: Indigo or White Third eye Chakra located between the eyebrows just above the bridge of the nose. Responsible for: Psychic abilities and higher consciousness.</p>
<p>Seventh Chakra Color:  Purple Crown Chakra located at the top of the head.  Responsible for:  spirit and higher self.</p>
<p><strong>Clearing, Strengthening and Balancing Your Chakras.</strong></p>
<p>Lie on your back. You can do this your self or have a friend perform the technique. First shake your hands to clear the energy. Then take your hands, open and palms down one on top of the other and place them over the first Chakra and start to circle it counterclockwise about 3 to 4 inches above the Chakra. To determine which is counterclockwise imagine a clock lying face up on your navel.</p>
<p>*You can use one hand if you like, then use the left to clear and the right to sooth.</p>
<p>Make sure you or your friend make slow counterclockwise circles over the Chakra. Do this for approximately one to two minutes. Then shake off your hands to clear the energy and circle clockwise for half as long as the counterclockwise direction.<br />
Repeat this with each Chakra. If you are a man and Chakra clearing everything is the same expect for the crown Chakra. With that Chakra you would start clockwise to clear the Chakra and then counterclockwise to sooth it.</p>
<p><strong>The Benefits</strong></p>
<p>When doing this process you will notice that the counterclockwise brings up toxic energies moving these out of the body. The clockwise portion is very important as it completes the process by soothing the Chakra then stabilizing it.</p>
<p>You may notice headaches or a stomach ache when you are Chakra clearing; this means you are accomplishing the goal and getting rid of any clogged energy. After you have stopped and shake your hands then start in the clockwise direction this will sooth that Chakra and soon your headache or stomachache ache will disappear.</p>
<p>Use Chakra clearing daily or weekly.  You can use it as often as you feel necessary based on your mood.</p>
<p>At the first start of this process you may find that one or two Chakras need more attention, if that is the case you may want to clear those everyday until you notice a difference in your energy. Then once you feel those Chakras have been cleared you can switch to once a week.</p>
<p>When I first started with this technique I noticed right away which Chakras needed attention. Allowing for the realization of which areas in my life I needed to work on.</p>
<p>Since each Chakra has its own personality traits it&#8217;s responsible for, it is easy to see where you will need to focus in order to feel balance and energized again. Take a look at the specific areas that are causing you the most discomfort when you start the Chakra clearing.</p>
<p>I noticed that my heart Chakra needed some attention. I then started to look at why I may have a blocked heart Chakra and discovered I needed to forgive myself for some past mistakes that I had made.</p>
<p>Chakra clearing is one of the many useful tools I have found to give me that peaceful centered feeling. I hope you enjoy the discovery of your energy centers and how relevant they are to a well balanced healthy life style.</p>

One reason we may want to experience past life regression is for the benefits of learning about things that have happened in the past. There are sometimes past problems that can have deep lasting effects on our present life. By working out the problems using past life regression, the changes can be an immense help.</p>
<p>The ability to access your past life is available to everyone. Many people believe that you have to go to someone to find out about past lives. The truth is you can do this for yourself. When you learn how to do this you will be able to explore your past in the privacy of your own home.</p>
<p>Usually an exercise that will get you ready to explore your past life will have to be practiced for a period of time. This will allow you to get the most out of your past life regression experience. Patience is one of the keys to learning how to do this as well as the desire.</p>
<p>You must relax your body and mind so that you are receptive to the past life experiences. Your whole focus should be on doing only this when starting. The more times you do this the deeper you will be able to go within yourself. This is the result that you want because this helps you to get the answers you need.</p>
<p>You may either lie down or sit - whichever is more comfortable for you. If you do sit up however, you must be comfortably seated and relaxed. The exercise to relax you has to be done in a totally quiet place and where no one will bother you. But remember to do so when you have had a good night&#8217;s rest so you can stay awake.</p>
<p>Asking your spiritual guides or whatever you believe in to be with you while you are regressing is another aspect. Ask them to stay with you and protect you. You should not take this exercise past 45 minutes. The best way to remind yourself is to set the timer on your watch or a clock where it will help you to remember.</p>
<p>Choose a reason for regressing. It may be that you are searching for answers to certain questions. It could also be what you need to see or what you are here to accomplish. When doing this exercise, you must be totally relaxed so make sure every part of your body is in a relaxed state. The journey to your inner self will be your objective. Imagine a door at the bottom of a set of stairs. Once you have descended the stairs you can make a choice. You can sit and rest for a little while or go on through the door which is the door to your past lives. But you do not have to enter it yet. If you want to save this for another time, that is perfectly fine.</p>
<p>The important thing is that you have gotten to the door and once you go through you will be entering the world of your past lives. This is the whole basis for the exercise. Learning how to relax to get to the door is half the battle. Everything you find from now on will only help you to understand why you who you are.</p>
<p>There are many ways that people regress to their past but one thing to remember is that everyone is unique. The things you learn and the person you see as you will be helpful to you when it comes to learning how to handle your present life.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>“What am I to do?” Do you have a tendency to feel stressed as you think about all the possibilities? Once you finally made a decision, do you then wonder if you made the right choice?</p>
<p>If you are like me, you weigh everything, see both sides, and find it difficult to make decisions. For my sanity and reduction of stress that causes dis-ease, I fortunately discovered a better way. I call it Intuitive Problem Solving.</p>
<p>Everyone is intuitive and has the ability to tap into this 24 hours a day, seven days a week, year round (even on holidays) free consultation.</p>
<p>Intuition is the wise part of us that has all of our answers. How convenient it is to innately have this valuable resource.<br />
Creativity is one way we tap into our intuition. To solve a problem, you can first write it down as a question, and then “brainstorm” all the answers that come to you without thinking. Sometimes the funniest, strangest creative ideas turn out to be the most brilliant solutions.<br />
For example, if you feel tired or overwhelmed, your issue may be that you are working too much. The question can be, “How can I balance my life?” Some answers may be to play on Saturdays, plan a vacation every 3 months, or hire help. After you have written down all of your options, cross off the ones that you do not choose to do. Then take the necessary actions to carry out your solutions.</p>
<p>The following are four other ways to connect with this “wise service”. Everyone has at least one dominant method and a secondary one. See if you can identify your natural strength of your sixth sense.<br />
If you are clairvoyant, you are visual or “see” things or people with your minds eye. Clairaudient means that you hear things that are not on the physical plane. You are clairsentient if you have a gut feeling of something being appropriate or not. Finally, you are Telepathic if you have a knowing of something.</p>
<p>No matter which mode you have of receiving your intuitive messages, they are all equally valid. Your intuition offers you very important information. There are many stories of people’s lives being saved, as well as problems prevented or solved because they listened to and acted on their intuition.</p>
<p>If it is so valuable, why do so many people disown this part of them? Our society mainly values our thinking minds&#8211;left part of the brain&#8211;and requires physical, logical proof. Intuition is in the right part of the brain and is metaphysical—beyond the physical. Like feelings, it is not based on logic. Therefore, it can be more difficult to accept. However, that does not mean that it is any less valuable.</p>
<p>In fact, intuition is wiser than the mind. That is because the mind only knows what it learned and bases information on the basic five senses. Wisdom comes from beyond thoughts and physical perceptions. You can give people information, but you cannot teach wisdom which comes from an inner source&#8211; your intuition.</p>
<p>You can learn how to listen to your inner messages and tap into your wisdom. There are many ways to do that. However, they have some common guidelines.</p>
<p>The first important process is to overcome any fears you have of the situation. For example, if you want to purchase a house you may be concerned that it is the only house you will be happy in. You can let go of that limiting belief by saying, “I release the fear that this is the only right house for me.” Follow that with, ”I trust that if this house is right for me, I will be able to purchase it. Otherwise there will be another one which is better for me.”</p>
<p>Then it is helpful to let go of any attachments your mind or emotions may have to the house by saying, “I am not attached to the answer. I know and trust that the perfect house is available to me at the perfect time.”</p>
<p>The next step is to close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Then tap into your intuitive messages by asking, “Is it for my highest good to purchase this house now?” Once you receive your answer, have the courage to act on it.</p>
<p>I personally often wait until the morning when I first awaken to check in with my intuition. That is because my logical mind has not “kicked in” yet as I am still in that semi-conscious state.</p>
<p>If I need to make an important decision, I will check in with my intuition for a few days. If I am facing a crucial issue, I am likely to contact an intuitive friend who has no emotional charge on the issue for a more objective answer. It is even fun to get a few intuitive opinions to see what happens.</p>
<p>Another way I connect with my inner wisdom is through kinesiology&#8211; muscle testing. The general rule here is that a strong muscle means, “yes” and a weak one means “no”. For example, you can have someone try to push your outstretched arm down as you say a question out loud.</p>
<p>Finally, I pay attention to the center of my chest as I ask my question. If my chest feels tight, I know that it is a negative answer. An expansion tells me “yes”.</p>
<p>The more you practice listening to your intuition, the easier it becomes. Have fun with it. For example, when I awaken in the morning, I guess what time it is before I open my eyes. When the telephone rings, I sometimes tune in to my intuition to find out who is calling.</p>
<p>I suggest that you value and trust your inner wisdom, no matter what other people say or do. Choose an easier way to resolve your problems—your intuition.</p>
