• spiritual_meditation It seems like every other day I’m asked to reveal a New Meditation Technique. Meditation can be used for different purposes, but for the sake of this article, I will cover a simple but very powerful meditation technique that harnesses the Law of Attraction in a unique way. I rarely use the term “Law of Attraction” because more often than not, it creates a limited awareness and understanding of how it works. I feel its more appropriate to call it “The Laws of Mind.”

    Your mind is what does the attracting. Think about it for a moment. Can you think of anything you do that your mind has nothing to do with. There is absolutely nothing you can possibly do without the mind. That is the main reason why the term “Law of Attraction” creates so much confusion. There are countless products on the market dealing with that limited term. Take your mind away, and you will not exist, period!!

    Ok Lets get to this little but Powerful Meditation Technique I promised you. *Whatever you do, do not take the simplicity of this technique for granted. I use this technique time and time again, and it never fails me.

    Close your eyes and Imagine yourself as the space around you. Yes, imagine that your entire being is filling up all the space around you. ** You may not see how this connects but over time you will. Ninety nine percent of the Universe is space and the rest is matter. Anybody involved in Quantum physics or Rocket science already knows this as common fact.

    Now once you imagine yourself as the space around you, simply hold that in your imagination until you feel a sense of timelessness. *It usually takes me about 10 seconds. Could be longer for those new to Meditation. Once you feel a sense of timelessness, simply state whatever you desire to bring into your reality. Now, here’s where it gets a little tricky but it’s common for new users so don’t worry.

    At the time you say or think whatever your desire, pay close attention to your feelings. If you feel a little uneasy, it’s a sign that you have a contradicting belief about your desires.(Meaning that you may not fully believe that your desire is possible.) Don’t panic, because as you continue to do it daily, that uneasiness will fade away and be replaced with the belief that it is possible) *You don’t have to force yourself to believe anything. This goes against what alot of Gurus are suggesting nowadays.

    Now once you state or think of your desire, simply hold that feeling for another 10 seconds and completely drop it, turn on the tv and flip through the channels. It’s done. Repeat this process as often as you like until your Manifestation occurs into your reality. There’s no limit on how many times you can do this.

    There are plenty of ways ( and more advance ways) to manifest your desires. This technique is just one of them.

One way is to respond and manage these events through decisive action. This is an important lesson you may have experienced before. We never have to be the victim of our circumstances; we always choose how we react to outside events.
    • Don’t sell yourself short in any areas of your life by believing you don’t deserve the best. You have the capacity to achieve all you want in your ambitions, desires, goals, and relationships – all you need is a little organisation to achieve it.
    • Don’t let yourself be taken for granted just because it’s now a habit of yours to be disappointed. People treat us the way we allow them to treat us, so if you want to be treated better you must first honour and respect yourself. Now is the time to treat yourself with the respect that you deserve. Once we honour and respect ourselves we attract honour and respect.””

  • “”Spiritual Manifestation is the theory that through regular meditation and positive, constructive thought, you can make your dreams and desires become reality. Spiritual manifestation revolves around the New Age concept of the Law of Attraction. This idea has recently been popularized in American media by such things as the book “The Secret” and the sitcom “My Name Is Earl”. Simplified down to a single statement, the Law of Attraction states that think and act in a positive way, good thing will happen to you, but if your think and act negatively, bad things will happen to you.

    This concept has been around a long, long time, from the ancient Hindu concept of “karma” to its many modern forms such as “Positive Thinking”, “Mental Science”, “Pragmatic Christianity”, “Religious and/or Divine Science”, and “Practical Metaphysics”.

    There is a significant difference between these practices, however, and spiritual manifestation. While many of these practices aim for vague, random “positive things” to happen to you (as karma often does to comic effect in “My Name Is Earl”), it is aims for much more targeted, specific results to make your dreams and desires come true.

    Spiritual manifestation holds that if you really want something and truly believe it’s possible, it will happen. On the other hand, if you dwell on what you don’t want to happen, giving it lots of thought and attention, that will probably happen, too.

    HOW DOES SPIRITUAL MANIFESTATION WORK?

    Spiritual manifestation operates on three levels: the spiritual, the psychological, and the physical. Each level requires its own explanation.

    On the spiritual level, it is believed that thoughts have an energy of their own, which attracts whatever the person is thinking of. This energy itself is neither positive nor negative-it simply is. In order to harness this energy to your benefit, one must practice for things:

    1. Know what you want.
    2. Ask the universe for it.
    3. Feel and behave as if the object of your desire is on its way.
    4. Be open to receiving it.

    On the psychological level, spiritual manifestation is considered a form of the “self-fulfilling prophecy”. If one is convinced their dreams and desires are unattainable, they will only make a half-hearted attempt, be overly receptive to any obstacles as a signs of impending failure, and eventually become discouraged and give up.

    On the other hand, if one is convinced their dreams and desires are attainable, even inevitable, they will react differently. They will throw themselves into the task, working hard to achieve their dream. They will view obstacles only as temporary setbacks, a Stumbling Block rather than a Road Block, and view any sign of success as prove that their dreams are slowly becoming reality.

    Finally, on a physical level, advocates of spiritual manifestation point to a potential scientific explanation for how this works. Scientifically, human thought is just a biochemical process of neurons being transferred between different synapses in the brain. However, this transfer of neurons creates an electrical current-tiny, sure, but measurable.

    This electrical current also generates a tiny magnetic field. Keep in mind the brain has tens of thousands of synapses firing at any one time.

    Proponents of spiritual manifestation argue that these electrical and magnetic waves carry content, not just meaningless static, although we do not yet have to tool to measure and confirm this theory. Advocates of spiritual manifestation argue that through mental training and meditation, people can control their thoughts, and thus the bio-chemical and bio-magnetic energy emitted by their brain waves. Although this has not yet been proven, it is an interesting scientific theory.””
